SongCapsule (previously known as Next) is an app designed to enhance your music library experience. It is compatible with iPhone, iPad, and Mac devices, and can be purchased as a single package.

Using SongCapsule is incredibly effortless. Simply connect the app to your music library, whether it's through Apple Music, iTunes Match, or locally synced songs on your device. SongCapsule will perform a local scan of your songs, leveraging this information to curate customized mixes and playlists based on your favorite artists, genres, and even decades.

One of SongCapsule's standout features is Magic DJ, which offers mixes of artists and genres using various algorithms. For instance, you can opt for a mix that prioritizes playing your top songs or one that helps you rediscover hidden gems in your music library. Think of it as a shuffle mode, but with advanced intelligence tailored exclusively to your preferences.

Another noteworthy aspect of SongCapsule is its ability to learn your musical tastes over time. Once a week, it will send you a #tbt notification, reminding you of songs you used to love but haven't played in a while. Additionally, there's a dedicated playlist and widget that display your forgotten songs.
